Iconic “Feather” desk lamp designed by Robert Sonneman for George Kovacs. Beautiful, hard to find matte gold color with counterbalanced arm. Double switch for on-off and high-low settings. This lamp uses a 2 pin halogen bulb. Very good original condition with original wiring however there is some light scuffing and what might call pitting of the metallic surface. There is also damage to the edge of the base (shown). The swing arm is 36″ long and articulates in every direction. This earned the lamp a place in the Museum of Modern Art and Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry. Works great and should clean up nicely, but I will leave that up to you.
