Shipping policy

Currently we are shipping only within the United States.

Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours or the next available business day of receiving them. Processing may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as Acts of God, power outages or pandemics. There may be a delay if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if the store is on vacation. You will be notified by phone or email if there is a significant delay to your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Carriers
We use USPS, FEDEX and UPS for all of our orders. We are not liable for lost/ damaged items or significant delivery delays caused by carriers. All items are shipped fully insured and damage claims will be your responsibility with the individual carrier.

Local Pick-up
If you are in the Palm Beach area, certain items will be available for local pick up and details will be provided at check out for those items that are eligible.
