Edna Arnow (1931-2013) was an American studio potter and sculptor. Edna and her husband, Robert often exhibited and sold pottery at local art fairs and shows. Famous for offering Pottery in Chicago's Old Town Art Fair, always wearing a large hat and renowned for her owl sculptures, at a later point of her life, became motivated to create modern sculpture, and became famous amongst the collectors of 20th Century Modern Art. She had her works displayed at major galleries and museums, including The Art Institute of Chicago. She was part of an important artist collective Exhibit A Gallery, together with Earl Hooks, Leo Segedin, Eve Garrison, Frank Petersen and Tristan Meinecke. She developed distinctive textured glazes and clay bodies and worked in the mid-century modern style as an innovator in form, design, and surface glaze treatments.
