Vintage African Hand-Painted and Beaded Ostrich Egg, Bhaca Woman Portrait, Signed

From a Palm Beach estate: a vintage African ostrich egg, hand-painted and beaded with a portrait of a Bhaca woman. Very detailed, with real beaded adornments and yarn hair. It is inscribed "Kgotso Bhaca Bantu Woman"; Kgotso may be the artist's name. We were told the family bought it while traveling in South Africa in the 1960s or 1970s.
