From a Palm Beach estate: "Le Cirque," a vibrant mid-century chromolithograph of circus clowns by Marcel (or Marcelle) Dulac, in a simple black wood frame under glass. The colors are still bright and strong.
The back carries a sticker from the Keystone Picture Frame Company of Pittsburgh, PA, founded in 1882, which supplied framed art to department stores such as Macy's and Gimbels.
